1. Definitions

You warrant that all funds deposited into your gas37 Account are legally obtained, not derived from illegal activity, and belong solely to you. gas37 reserves the right to reject deposits or request source-of-funds documentation if we suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotional funds.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically Rp 50,000).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your gas37 Account details.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 24 hours, while e-wallet withdrawals are usually processed within 2 hours. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to initial verification requirements.

gas37 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity. In such cases, we may request additional documentation, and processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gas37 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We implement strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies in compliance with international standards. Any Player found using gas37 Services for money laundering purposes will have their Account immediately suspended, funds frozen, and relevant authorities notified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

10. Limitation of Liability

• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months or more)

Upon account closure, you must cease using all gas37 Services immediately. If your Account is closed due to a Terms violation, gas37 may withhold any remaining balance. If your Account is closed in good standing, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to close your Account due to problem gambling concerns, please inform support so we can activate our self-exclusion procedures and ensure you cannot re-open the Account during your exclusion period.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
